Hello! My name is Margaret!

I am currently a PhD student at Purdue University working with Dr. Briony Horgan, and a student collaborator for the Mastcam-Z instrument on NASA’s Mars 2020 rover! I’m interested in analyzing and understanding planetary climate history, composition, and surface processes using remote sensing and geologic mapping techniques. I am a recipient of NASA’s 2025 Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Space Science and Technology (FINESST) award in Planetary Science and Zonta International’s 2024 Amelia Earhart Fellowship.
