Hello! My name is Margaret – welcome to my website!
I am currently a PhD student at Purdue University working with Dr. Briony Horgan, and a student collaborator for the Mastcam-Z instrument on the Mars2020 mission! I’m interested in analyzing and understanding planetary climate history, composition, and surface processes using remote sensing and geologic mapping techniques. My master’s research focused on mapping the tesserae regions on Venus, specifically within the target descent zone for the DAVINCI mission. Now, I’m helping lead a team mapping effort on the Jezero crater rim for the Mars2020 rover. For more information on my research projects on Venus and Mars, please check out my research page!
